Amplify Credit Union - LaFrontera in Round Rock, TX

The people there are great I've only been there for 1year but I love the locations people and my money is good to use right away

I go to this branch almost exclusively. It is the closest to my home, but it is also the friendliest, most efficient, and fastest to get in and out of. I have been a member of this credit union for over 25 years, and have been a very happy customer during that time.

I've been a member since 1986. When I joined it was called the IBM Federal Credit Union. It's been an excellent credit union for all these years. The employees are all knowledgeable, very friendly, and efficient. In my opinion it's the best credit union in Texas!

Made an account here about 6 months ago & was helped out by wonderful people. Everyone was in a nice mood and vey friendly. Honestly, the credit union itself is wonderful! The only negative side to this is the amplify credit union app. Its not very user friendly at all. I really don't like logging into it because I feel like the process is too long, especially when i'm in a hurry to check my account. Also, when it comes to depositing checks online, I feel like it takes too long for the money to deposit in my account. Now the only reasoning i'm saying this is because I recently moved here from a super small town and used a local credit union there. Their phone app is super user friendly and updated frequently (also checks are deposited to my account the day I deposit them, the next morning at the latest). I still use my hometown credit union and am spoiled to it, haha. So, coming from a small town credit union to a bigger city credit union, I expected the same or even better when it came to their app. Now I know this is a lot to say about an app, but coming from someone who manages their life through their phone (which i'm sure a lot of people do), updating the app is something I recommend!! P.S. Definitely not bashing the people of amplify credit union, because again, you guys rock! :)

Have used Amplify Credit Union for a little over 7 years now. The employees are incredibly nice, this location is very clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Can get cards replaced easily if something happens to them, they offer water and provide great service. We have gotten multiple loans through them, and the process is steady and straightforward. Never had an issue with hidden fees (Part of why I left my previous bank before coming to them.) About 4 years ago I started at a company that they partner with, and I can say that working with them on the back end is just as good as working with them on the front end. I don't plan on ever moving my money elsewhere if I can avoid it.
