Their customer service sucks The idiot on shift was extremely rude Her name was Evette So think twice about going to this branch I usually cash my check on i35 and Howard Ln But they're closing it down so I end up coming to this one My first and last ( evette you're and idiot find a boyfriend or some long thing to make you happy )

Went in to ask a few questions about a loan and the lady was sooo rude. Kept interrupting my wife while asking the questions, we were about to fill out the application and she told my wife very rudely don't take that pen, there are more over there and that just did it for me so we just walked out. Really really bad customer service. I went back and asked for her name and her name is Evette. And now that I am posting my review I see we are not the only ones that have been treated this way by her. Ace Cash Express you are losing customers because of Evette. Everyone reading this review just go across the street to Speedy Cash, good customer service and they treat people with respect.

Very rude lady working the front desk. She interupts you while you're speaking and talks down to you. Made me feel like a bum for trying to cash two paychecks and upset she wanted to charge me 2 outrageous $35 fees. Drive the extra miles and go to another branch or check cashing place.

Rude lady at front desk why is she still working there she doesn't give you a chance to talk, think etc I won't be coming to this location again.

The lady Yvette is extremely rude I don't understand how she is still working there. She needs better training on Customer service. She talks all that mess behind that glass. If you don't like your job find a new one.She has so many bad reviews and she is still working in there. I'm going to have to contact hire up to see about this situation.
