Have had 2 loans at texan credit both paid in full and on time never late. Now that i tried to open a loan the manager there told me i couldnt cause i dont have a utility bill. I asked her what can i bring since i dont own a house or apartment she replied with nothing. She didnt try to help me in anyway now i know how they treat a good customer never doing business there again! 8-17-15 at 10 am
