Haven't been able to check my account for over 3days now!? What is going on!? Get your sh*t together, my bills don't stop because you guys want to upgrade service!! Shouldn't take that long! Now I try calling & it's been busy for over 4hrs!? This is not how you play with peoples $$?! If there was an option for 0 stars you guys would get it!!!

The Big lady who sits in the office on the left as you enter is extremely RUDE. Not to mention that all I ever see her do is sitting down being rude, She should be fired and replaced with someone who actually gives a damn about customer service.... they must forget without our money they have no job!
