I'm in a money crunch do to a family emergency and I call them asking to extend my loan and defer my car payment. I've never missed a payment for almost 2 years never been late and they DENY me. Now because of them I have no money because they gotta make sure they get paid.

This is the worst customer service bank on the planet!! I've had a boat loan with this back for 8 years and they have been nothing but problems. Stay away if you want a bank with any type of customer service.

Santander doesn't refinance, doesn't make payment arrangements, has high interest rates, and charges a fee to process payments each month. As long as you don't run into any of these problems, I guess you'll be fine.

Paid off my car in cash 2 years early. They have it listed on my credit report as repossessed. I have tried to contact them to have it fixed. It's been over a year and they still have not fixed it. I will go through Capital One from now on.
