I use Chase for business. Usually very friendly at this location to business customers. New manager wanted to let me know who was in charge by imposing fee on a simple counter transaction. They have waived the fee 100% of the time before today. She wanted to argue, I didn't...very odd interaction. No worries will use another Chase.

I'm the only customer at this bank this morning and the bankers act like it's an inconvenience to assist me. I have 50k in an account with them. Unbelievable. Never coming back to this location.

Went in to make a deposit. Line was a little long but all stations were open, which is the opposite of most banks I visit. Clerk was courteous, professional, and helpful.

I deposited 9k cash yesterday. I'm positively sure of it. When teller counted the money, he said I was 200 short. Do we need probe any further!
