Regional Finance in Missouri City, TX

I have always made my payments on time and ran into some hard times within the last month. I called Regional Finance & spoke to Ingrid to work out my payments. She informed that I could refinance and told me all that I needed to bring was my most recent paycheck stub. I went in yesterday to refinance, she pulled up the information and told me since it was a joint account that my husband had to be present. I informed Ingrid that she should have given me all of the needed information when I called. She said that I should have asked her. I informed that I did. The guy who goes to people house given the past due reminders called her when he came to my house today and she want to speak to me. Ingrid was on the phone yelling and telling me everything that I did wrong. I told Ingrid that I did my part. I called to get all of the information and I came in. I was misinformed but she still kept yelling that I should have asked and that it was my fault. Can anyone can give me the information that I need to report her to someone higher up? I can't find anything online. Ingrid kept saying that she is the manager.

Very bad customer service. Please find another company.
