Worst Wells Fargo in DFW!! I had my wife make a deposit for me and they keep my debit card until I can go there and show ID to get it back. This is the only Branch to ever do this. I walk into the bank and 4 bank personnel sitting on and around 1 desk watching videos or something on the computer. Very unprofessional to see. Time to move to Chase!!!

I would give them Zero stars if I could! Very unprofessional people that work here at this branch. They treated me like I was a criminal because I was trying to get 150 dollars out my acct. Told me that MY United States Government ID was coming up as to have been cashing many checks. I was in drive thru and I use to work at wells fargo so I knew what she was doing. The funny thing is I haven't touched that account in over 4 years how ever my mom puts money in there for my kids and for me to pay certain bills for her. I told the lady, maam I am so sorry but I have never used that ID to cash a check anywhere on this earth. She said well I can't take this ID because you have cashed too many checks. I said okay, Im coming in! When I got in the bank this lady had the nerve to already have the money out and ready to hand it to me. She said I am so sorry for the mix up but I think too many people using government ID's so the bank put up a red flag on this type of card. I said "no you just told me that my Id was coming up because I had been cashing too many checks" she said no I was saying the type of ID you used not your ID itself. I was fuming mad because I thought about how she wasn't the girl who started off helping me, then she was the one who tried to tell me I was frauding my own bank acct, and how the customer was looking out at my car like because he probably heard what they was saying about me. I will be calling about this and if they try to offer me a wells fargo bank card...I will be pissed! I have online banking if I wanted it, I could've ordered that myself.
