DONT BANK HERE!!! The manager is a LIAR. I am closing my account after 15 years with this company because of how horribly they have treated me.

One of the worst wait times for a drive through bank I have EVER seen. I have two kids under the age of two years old and it is terrible inconvenience to take them out of the car. This branch is terrible!

This Company is terrible!!!!!!! Case #1:If you want to cash a check from an Existing Banking customer they charge an $8 fee if you ARE NOT a chase account holder. Ridiculous!!! How many people do they rip off daily like this, This bank is worse than any Check Cashing Company in business today. Case #2: They do not accept cash deposits from non account holders to account holders so you must either write a check or money order. My son banks here (why I have no idea) so I usually deposit a check in his account when needed. Yesterday I went to do this but did not have a check so I requested to buy a money order that I would use to deposit into his account. They refused to sell me a money order because I am not a Chase customer. I had to go to a local store, buy one then come back and deposit the money for him. The customer service here was below average at best. It's pretty sad when a company like this can behave this way legally. Very disappointed in Chase.

I have banked at this location the whole time I have had an account at Chase. I have had nothing less than awesome service! I walk in there and they good morning me by name! They aren't stuck up like wells Fargo or a couple other banks I have been to and have always went out of there way to assist me in whatever I was doing. The company I worked for has their business. Account there and when there was any kind of problem Chase handled it! It was awesome that I didn't have to go back and forth from work to Chase to straighten it out. Even when I have multiple purchases on Internet, I have had chase call me to assure that it was me making the transactions, who else does that!? This branch is awesome, I wouldn't bank anywhere else period!
