If there was an option for no stars that's what I would choose. I used them in 2010 or 2011 and my 5 year old son got put in the hospital. I told them I would come make a payment the day he got released which we were unsure when that would be at the time. The lady on the other end of the phone started to be really rude and talk crap to me like I was doing something wrong by not leaving my son up there alone. Soon after that they released my personal info to my mother-in-law which included my social security number and birthday. I will never trust them again and I tell everyone I know not to use them. I wish I would have have my calls recorded at that time so I could have reported them to the better business bureau.
