They do need to answer the telephone. Tried local and the 1-800 number.

Very handicapped unfriendly, the tellers are so slow they need to speed up to stop. Forcing a handicapped person to stand in a very slow line even if it is very painful to do so.

They really need a better phone answering system. And that will call you back it's to their convenience only...frustrated calling the office where I bank with. Seriously looking into another bank.
