Unfair business practices. I got a loan here unsecured when my credit was horrible for 2500.00 now my score is 70 points higher I have more income and got denied for a 600.00 loan. These people are unstable and not on the same page

I called to make an appointment with a loan officer and was told "they don't make appointments really" I tell the lady "I have had an account there for at least 15+ years and I cant make an appointment?" She says nothing. I inform her I will go to another credit union and she says nothing.

Love the fast pace service. The employees are always nice, and have great personalities. Out of all of the banks I've been to this is the best one so far.
