DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION!!! This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I made the mistake of contacting them for a Mortgage Refinance. I got a call back from Jennifer Olvera from this bank. She told me that the mortgage refinance process would be easy and seamless. I told her about my home and about my credit information including some late payments that I had back in 2013 on my current mortgage. She said that everything looked good and that she could refinance my home before the end of June. She told me that that she would send me an email with a list of all the required documents. I received the email and sent her back all the documents that she needed for underwriting. She never responded to me that she received anything. I had to email her back to see if she responded because she never answered her phone or calls back. She emailed me back and wanted some additional documents. Again I sent her the additional documents and again she never confirmed that she received them. This happened over and over again and she would not answer her phone or call back. She would always send an email about 2 to 3 days later each time. Then after signing the truth in disclosure agreement and sending more documents. She lost my documents and asked for the same documents again. After she lost the documents I sent an email and she did not respond. THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST HORRIBLE SITUATION AND BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION!!!! This Credit Union is the most disorganized and dishonest place I have ever been too!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I really like this credit union but it seems impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone weekday or weekend for simple account questions and balances.

I like the services the bank offers. But I'm still waiting on a call back from the branch manager. I called her 3 weeks several times. Also my wife waited 40 mins for someone to help her open an account. I waited 45 mins myself. There was no one in the bank. Hopefully the customer service gets better.
