Neighborhood Credit Union in Lancaster, TX

Very bad customer service even if you keep your account in good standing. I am a business owner and have a business account with them. They make excuses for their employees incompetence and don't try to make sure the account holders are happy. Please do NOT bank with this low budget credit union! Bad customer service!

I had a very pleasant experience with this Credit Union, from the moment I got to the door the guard on duty was very polite, he said good day and opened the door for me. The ladies at the desk were all very courteous, pleasant and helpful. I was helped with my specific transaction by the branch manager, she was very helpful, very knowledgeable and was very diligent in answering all my questions and explaining everything to me. I am completely impressed by the service and ambience provided at this facility. They are definitely angels showing their halos and their wings. I will recommend this credit union to anyone.
