This Pawn Shop is all about the dollar! They have no concern for the customer's needs/request nor do they have the ability to compromise; very horrible customer service skills. I went in with 3, (three) 14k gold rings that are 20 years+ old and are very heavy. This pawn shop tries to tell me that they will give me 125 for all 3 rings, (45 dollars a piece)! The same rings that they will only give me 45 dollars for, are the same rings that they plan to sell for 400 dollars A PIECE, if I were to pawn my rings with them and fail to get them out. What a scam! At least give the customers what their items are worth or the amount that they are requesting before you TRY to be SCANDALOUS and put the same items back on the shelf for 5 times the price that you paid for them! Some business owners that are open on Sundays are really scandalous; thinking because they are one of the few to be open on a Sunday that they can low ball people because they are in need! People don't do business with these money hungry folks. Here is your warning! I've been in the customer service/business Industry every since I was 14 years old and I am 26 now; believe me when I say, this place has horrible customer service skills! They do NOT see the CUSTOMER, they ONLY see the DOLLAR!
