Wow, this is how a home mortgage company should be run. I can't say enough good things about how simple Scott Goodell and his team made things for us. They did make additional document requests -- of course that will happen with a mortgage application. But unlike our first home purchased with a Wells Fargo mortgage, we never had to revisit documents already submitted. Also, there was no holding us hostage up until closing to know if we were going to buy the house, or have to run back to our apartment to extend the lease. I highly recommend them for a home mortgage -- outstanding customer service and competence from start to finish -- thanks!!

These guys are awesome! I'm buying my first home and Joey Walker is the loan officer we are working with. He knows his stuff and is very helpful. He walked us through the whole process and was just a phone call away anytime I needed him. I don't know any other company that would answer the phone at 5:00pm on a Saturday! I highly recommend Joey to anybody. From application to clear to close was 17 days ( including weekends ). That's pretty impressive.
