Wells Fargo Bank in Irving, TX

As far as the tellers go they are great. I haven't had any issues with them when I go in. However, I wouldn't recommend setting up a bank account through this branch. I went in with my boyfriend to set up a joint checking to ONLY pay rent through (we each have separate personal accounts). The associate knew this and specifically told us there was NO monthly minimum and NO fees on the account. We are now being charged $10 a month because we don't keep the minimum of $1,500, make a $500 direct deposit, or make 10 transactions a month. We were blatantly lied to about the account stipulations. We won't be using Wells Fargo for much longer.

Great Service, First time visiting this bank. My birthday was yesterday and within 3 mins of my visit my deposit was taken care of and the ladies behind the counter signed a birthday card for me. :-) Thank MacArthur crew. You're AWESOME

Great service, no waiting time.

They lied about depositing 200 immediately from my husbands check and then turned around and refused to give him the check back and are now refusing to cash a payroll check. I even have it on recorded call where the lady named Shelby said yes when I asked if they were keeping our money. So this is how you all do business?? Stealing people's paychecks? Your vision says customer retention and growth is main priority. Well your company now has a bad reputation for stealing payroll checks and refusing to cash them making its way up the chain in a large company.
