So far I've only received excellent service from this branch, during a variety of transactions. The wait times used to be a big long, but they seemed to have improved the last year or so. The employees here are always very nice.

I'm not even an account holder and they were calling me by name and incredibly nice. I was just depositing into some vendors accounts and they were awesome. I ended up switching banks just because of the workers there. Plus great rates on new account so even a better plus.

The company and employees are great. I have many bank accounts but Capital One is definitely the best.

The branch manager Mr John and all other Staff is great, always ready to help with dignity. I have business and personnel accounts in more than 2 other banks, never had good experience like Capital ONE in Irving TX
