Mobility Credit Union in Irving, TX

I never ever write reviews, but I cannot express my dislike with this bank, not only have a been a member since I was 16 almost 11 years ago but I have even referred my own family to them because of my very first experience with them. But now, over the years. I cannot seem to ever get a smile out of the staff, they treat me as if I am not important. I have great work ethics and have always paid my dues on time if not early or over the amount that was owed. I recently tried to get a loan and they would keep asking me to get this get that and drew me out for almost 2 weeks to tell me they couldn't help me, on top of that I got a check couldn't even cash it for me and someone there wrote void on it, held a check for 5 days they don't even get you temp checks incase of an emergency. My fiancé has a bank through Chase and they go above and beyond. once my funds have been released from hold I will be moving banks and never referring anyone to this bank ever... Rude employees, terrible customer service, and no great treatment no wonder there are only a few of these banks!!!!! DONT BANK HERE

Have always had issues with their app and website. Keep being told my account has been unlocked but still unable to log into it to make a payment. Have to call in everytime to pay, and been doing it for over a year. Each time I get the pleasure of a $7.00 convenience fee. I did the math when my loan is paid off I will have paid $330 in convenience fees alone for something that is not a convenience at all. Won't be using ever again and would never recommend. Cheers,

One of the best credit unions I have dealt with. Their loans are at a great rate, assuming you have great credit, and their staff is very helpful. This location has gone through many renovations. Been a loyal member for 8 years.

I moved to Dallas 6 months ago and have been seeking a new CU as I use a local CU from Houston. I have made three separate payroll deposits at this branch using the shared branch service and this morning, makes the 3rd time there was a different procedure. Although I have been considering moving my accounts here the inconsistencies with making a deposit are discouraging and I would encourage you to reconsider. I have found your deposit availability is more determined by the type of day and attitude the teller is having.

I have been banking here since I was about 14 years old with my mom to oversee my financial learning. EVERY experience has been above and beyond positive. I remember the days the girls would stay late to help me roll and deposit my change from my high school employment at Sonic Drive in. Every time I call, Linda, Brittany in Houston, Nik H., etc. they are/were extremely helpful and informative. Even my recent 1st car loan with Linda Howard was one of the best & least stressful experiences I could have ever ask for. She is someone I am extremely thankful to have met!! Even with the occasional technical issue, they have been very fast and courteous in correcting these problems. I would recommend this institution for EVERYONE!
