Got financed quickly. Received a letter from CRB Auto 2 weeks later. Been making payments ever since. No issues.

I have had the worst experience ever with CRB Auto, the mistake was done on their part and I've been blamed for it by one of the supervisors. His name is Sergio Silva, dealing with this person has been the worst customer service. He didn't not take the time to notify me in regards of the investigation for the social security that was wrongfully put on my car account with the bank, After me reaching out for the past 2 months I have been extremely neglected and not given answers. I have been doing my own investigations and finally for the past almost two years my auto credit has been given to someone else who's social security number is attached in my auto account. I don't have any auto credit but I still keep making my payments...CRB Auto is quick to call me to get a payment from me yet when I needed their help in a very serious matter they have avoided me and not yet till this day have I revived an email or a call saying they will fix my credit and social security number on my account. I guess whoever has been getting my credit for the past year and a half is enjoying it yet I'm being blamed and pushed away for something that is not my fault.

I would rate them zero if I could. I purchased a vehicle though this bank and trust me, avoid them at all costs, they are incompetent. 6 months this vehicle has been paid off and still no title. So I call them and ask what's going on because they made a mistake and supposedly needed to order a duplicate because they supposedly sent the request into the DMV over a month ago and are waiting, so I call the DMV and they told me a letter was sent out that's states they need to release the lien and do 2 title registrations. One to clear the original title and 1 to send a new one. So I call the bank back and tell them this and they tell me they put order in for new title and I tell them what DMV said and they keep saying the filed for duplicate and I'm telling them over and over what the DMV said and they don't comprehend.

These guys let dealerships lie on loan applications, and don't care when you tell them. I had a dealership use my info for a loan, without telling CRB the car was inoperable. When I called CRB to inform them, they approved a loan on a broken car, they pretended to investigate, with absolutely no calls back. After 3 weeks of this, one moron finally told me they wouldn't do anything about the "bank fraud" that was committed, and that I would need to make payments on a car I don't have. Definitely not how a "real" bank reacts to loan application fraud. Needless to say, I have great lawyers working on contingency, to sue their butts off! ;)

Worst customer service ever, I give 0 star. They charge what ever interest they want. I tried to contact them asking how this interest is working but they put me hold for hours and hang up. when i send email with interest's snapshot they ask me to call them and same hold thing again. one time I paid. One of my friend also have auto loan with them and he paid 1500 and called them to put 1 month interest and rest in principal, instead what they did was, they divide that 1500 into 3 monthly payment and took interest of 3 month. Please don't do business with them. I am leaving them from this month.
