THEY HAVE. NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE ESPECIALLY SERVICE MEMBERS! A agent called me at 0430 that's MORNING time to tell me that I am 6 days late when my payments come out by allotment. I told the agent that it was 0430 in the morning he began to tell me that it's not and it's 1430 that's the afternoon. After he realized that I am in Japan and been stationed here for a year he just hangs up! I call back later that morning and find out that this Mickey Mouse corporation was tracking that I am in the military and been paying a higher rate then what I should be! Do your self a favor and stay the HELL away from them! Would rather walk and take a bus than to get any loan from these people.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. They are by for the absolute worst financial company I've ever come across. Their phones don't work and when their payment system is down that still charge you a late fee, FOR THEIR MESS UP. They will find any way to steal your money.

There aren't enough curse words in the English language to show I feel about this institution. First thing Monday I'm trying to refinance somewhere else. I get late charges for no reason, online payment doesn't work and phone payment doesn't work unless I speak to a human being. Sometimes even then I'll get put on hold and the call is ended I'm hung up on before the conversation even begins. I absolutely hate it. Was told at the dealership 9% interest but I pay 13%!!!!!! What a lie. Such a joke. If no stars was an option that's what I would give.

I don't recommend them at all if you have a choice!! These people just took over my old finance company and they have the worst customer service! It wouldn't let me pay online even though it shows an option for it so I had to talk to someone. They lady was rude and hung up on me as soon as she was done getting my payment info. And this is just the 1st month of dealing with them. So glad we don't have much longer til it's paid off then I won't have to deal with these assholes anymore!

So far they've been flexible and very informative to me. A couple times ive received staff that seemed more concerned with being condescending over good customer service but fortunately the majority of my interactions have been with super polite, and informative representatives interested in solutions.
