NOTHING BUT FEES, FEES, AND MORE FEES!!!! NO LOCATIONS ANY WHERE. WORST HOURS EVER! EMPLOYEES HAVE I DONT CARE AND UN HELPFUL ATTITUDES!! WORST CREDIT UNION EVER!!

Tried to make a car payment here and they were very unhelpful. I had just gotten off work and was trying to rush. Called ahead and told them that I was rushing there before they closed. They still closed at the exact time and I was only 2 minutes late. I would not recommend this place of business. Also it says here that they are 24 hours. That is a lie.

The customer service is terrible and their lending guidelines are questionable and odd. You would think that banks are more strict but this lending institution is by far the most strict I've ever dealt with. I was lucky to get a car approved with them 2 years ago which I paid off in 2 years (never late with payments). Now all of a sudden I'm not even approved for a 10k vehicle loan when my credit score is 110 points higher than it was when they first approved me. I even own a home now and responsibly pay all of my bills. Never gave me any other options. I am closing my account soon with them and taking my business elsewhere. This whole credit thing has got to be the biggest scam going other than whole life insurance and time shares.
