Southside Bank in Irving, TX

Just another bank waiting for you to slip and take advantage of your situation heartless run this place... my problem was not lack of money just in case anybody wonders...

I'm very disappointed in southside bank in general, not necessarily this branch. It's been a little over a year, since Omni american customers were subjected to the acquisition by southside. Two major faults I have experienced. 1. They have provided confidential information to another member without my consent and 2. Deducting $500 from my account via a check signed by another member with a totally different name. Either fraud occurred or someone gave the wrong account number by mistake. The teller should have checked the name of the client against the name on the account. This was corrected, however, I have zero trust in this bank at this time. Seems like a bunch lackadaisical airheads handling my money. Good riddance.
