Chase Bank in Humble, TX

Worst experience at a chase. Nice area. Bad workers.

Always busy! Only one line open! You can be waiting in line for more then 30 minutes

This bank stole $800 from me and they expect me to lay down and let them. That ATM machine has eaten my money at least 3 times and they have always corrected their wrong. NOT this time. I don't know who is stealing the money....the workers, or the the people who pick up and drop off the money. I do know one thing as soon as I'm done with them I will be leaving Chase and I would advise everyone in the world to. Society is so jacked up when the Big Businesses decided to steal from the little guys in the world. I work hard for my money and apparently they don't care, This is by far the worst banking experience I've ever had in life. I plan on filing a Civil suit, contacting the BBB, as well as the Federal Reserve. It's no way I'm not going to fight their greedy asses until the end!

Terrible branch. Called no less than 10 times to ask a simple question. No answer. Go into the branch and there are 5 people standing around doing legitimately nothing. Worst branch in the Humble area and awful customer service.
