Where in the hell are all the BOA's Get out side of Houston 20 miles and nothing

for BofA in general, you suck big time. No warning,no nothing, just close the account and call it a "business decision".During the holidays too?!. like are you kidding me? my broke college student lifestyle must have caused you too much to keep open. && now forever banished, FOR NO REASON N E E D E D. won the lotto here. have a G R E A T fckn holiday for me, i sure as hell wont be having one.

Customer Service is horrible. No attempt to take on a challenge for this customer. The length of my relationship as a customer (1987) or the size of my account balances (not tiny) seemed to have no bearing on the manager's desire to work the problem. "Do the right thing for our customer" doesn't drive behavior. Neither does anything else of importance to many businesses and their customers. Find a business that cares. Here I come Amegy.

Bank center is very small. Staff can be more professional. On the plus, ATMs have drive up after hour tellers.
