Worst customer service ever! After standing in line for about 15 minutes a gentleman that works there asks the person behind me if they need help. So now after waiting in line I have to wait for him to finish with the person behind me because he didn't take the time acknowledge me. Let me also mention that every time I come in this branch there are new employees. If it wasn't such a hassle I would change banks all together.

Terrible customer service, I'm the only one at the drive thru and I've been waiting for going on 15 minutes. It took them 5 minutes to acknowledge that I was there and ask me what I wanted. I have had bad experiences with all ibc banks

Ibc bank as a whole has a major problem with customer service and employee retention. I have visited several location across south Texas and the story is the same. Short staffed, rude and uninformed. I will be changing banks as soon as possible.
