First National Bank Texas in Harker Heights, TX

Terrible!!!!! Currently going through it with this location for a Charge off accnt that was never used! Went in 2 yrs ago to use Western Union and was told by an Asian looking lady who is the Super that in order to use Western Union I had to open an account. Which I thought was stupid but I did it anyway. BEFORE I even signed anything I was ABSOLUTELY CLEAR that I already had 2 other accnts that had FREE CHECKING no fees amd that was the SAME THING I wanted in order to become a member. And guess what she said? To make a long story short, I was good(for a good 2yrs) until I was suckered into outting 5 dollars into the accnt. By the same lady. Mind you I only created an account bc I recieved money from WU often(Child Support) I recieved a decent amount of $$ so she kept on trying to get me to make a dep. So I did. Just 5 to get her to shut the hell up. Everything was good up until after I decided to use the card oneday at RedBox. I had no money, and remembered I had put 5 into that accnt so I swiped the damn card. 3 months and 60 dollars negative later and here we are!!! BUT keep in mind I was STILL going into the HEB to western union ie (First National Bank of Tx) to recieve my Child Support. And NOT ONE SOUL mentioned my account was NEGATIVE. I even had been in to let them know I had now has a Tx lic. Keep in mind I was under the imp I jad FREE Checking!!! Sooo to make a long story short STAY AWAY FROM ANY BANK. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY OFF OF FEES. GO TO A CREDIT UNION!!!! They will not get a damn dime from me because they tried it. If I have to sue their asses for messing up my credit I will.

I had the branch manger (cherlin) help me and she was arguementive, rude, had a bad tone, no time concerned and wasnt friendly. This is my first bad experience here!
