They give very wrong information and the manager doesn't help matters too

Great service. Victoria, who is now at this location has given me great service since the 1st time she helped me, which actually happened to be at a different location. Gerald, who is the assistant branch manager is very helpful and has a great personality. The 1st time I've been helped by a branch manager. Usually the loan officer or banker helps me and has to go off and speak to the branch manager to get permission and come back. Gerald was out in front ready to help the customers and the staff.

Usually the manager for dealing with issues. This branch manager is poorly dealing with issues and questions. Managing customers with frustrating mentality.

Slowest drive up tellers EVER! I live very near this branch so I visit often. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes regardless of time of day or number of cars in the drive-thru. Only (somewhat) faster if you're the ONLY customer.

Horrible experience. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. After waiting a couple minutes for a teller to grab my transaction they asked for an id for a cash deposit. I was the only car in drive through and have primarily been visiting that specific location for 7 years. As soon as I am able I will be closing all accounts with wellsfargo.
