Called to ask a simple question. Sat on hold forever. Will lose customers if this continues, including me.

Just called to try to finance a car, after being on hold with a machine for an hour I got approved at a great rate with one of their local competitors in 8 minutes. The idea of a local credit union that can not get a real person on the phone quickly defeats the purpose of doing business with a credit union.

Walked in and asked a few questions regarding my account. Got my answer and didn't have to wait very long at all. Happy with my bank! Although I do have issues logging in. Keeps telling me no existing account or to change my password which I have...several times

My husband has been a member for a few years. They are friendly and very helpful. My only complaints are.. 1. We've had consistent fraud issues where we need to get a new debit card. (At least once, if not twice yearly) 2. We now live in North Dallas and there is no branch anywhere near us. Could you please put a branch in Grapevine, or Addison?
