The worse place ever do not go to Texas car title you will lose your ass off They don't tell you everything up front they're are scam artist you will lose so much money it you will be worst them before.

I had the worst experience with those people. They have no people skills . My daughter went to get a loan from them and the interest alone was so high that she paid them 2times the money they loaned her in the first place. Do not go their unless you want to pay them twise the money you get out. Believe me. I went somewhere else.

First of all I want to say if I could give them no stars I would. I have had a loan with them for about 6 months. This location is horrible at customer service. I switched locations to something closer to me. I was gonna pay my loan off and they had not transferred my title to the new location. When I had already did the transfer almost a month ago. When the title got transferred they mailed it to the new location. They lost my title in the mail and with an important document like that they did not put tracking or secure the shipment. My title has been lost for 4 weeks and they have not done anything about it. They wasn't sincere at all, didn't even try their best to solve the problem. I had to call both locations back and forth and even the post office. They have the nerve to question me about paying my bill when they still have no clue were my title is. The company is great but not this location.
