Does Exist! This Bank of America sits in front of the Sam's Club off the I-20 service road in Grand Prairie.

Google maps has the location on the wrong side of I20. This branch is actually on the south side of I20 in front of Sam's club and next to Applebee's.

This is ridiculous, the tellers act as if what they are doing behind the glass is more important, it is always packed with only 2 tellers working, while everyone else walk around doing nothing, I have been waiting in line for thirty min.

Dude.. this bank location has the WORST customer service, and the ATMs pick when they want to work. This has got to be the worst Bank of America location in the metroplex.

Horrible drive thru. Was in the drive thru 30 mins just horrible service. They need to get more employees seriously one teller for drive thru come on! Might as wel just close down the bank since they are so slow.
