Quoted a price for a watch over the phone. Came in to pick it up and pay in cash, as agreed, only to have the employee who quoted me the price claim he couldn't sell it for that price. Then had another employee, who wasn't ever involved, claim that the employee who quoted me a price never actually said that. Completely dishonest outfit. Stat away.

Best pawn shop in georgetown by far!! the staff has changed up and changed companys couldnt ask for anything better they might lowball but they never make you feel low they treat you like people and if your a regular your friends its awesome

The clerk was really rude and demeaning when I was in the shop. I bought a few blu-rays, and then was asking them about a sound board. First, they acted like they were doing me a favor by even letting me come look at it. I noticed that it was in much worse shape then the ad claimed, and the model sells for about 50~100 on ebay. They were asking 900 for it, and I offered 200, and upped my price to 300. Instead of turning me down, the clerk made fun of me and told me he'd rather throw it in the street then sell it for "that low." I thought my offer was generous considering what the board sells for, and it was very condescending to make fun of me after I had already spent some money in the shop. I would never buy from these guys again.

So I go into the pawn shop an some lady with glasses is working I'm guessing the manager I tried to sell a pair a raybans because I had two pair she kept questioning about where I got them an was acting like they were stolen I let her keep going an once she was finished I pulled out the receipt she was the rudest person I have ever delt with an I will never return I wish I could give half a star that was just terrible an harassment sickening!!!! She's the biggest racist I have ever met
