I love the Georgetown Wells fargo. I don't know what kind of experience the person had before, but I've been banking at Wells fargo since I was 17 and the people there are always so friendly. They welcome you when you walk in and take the time to talk to you about anything. I've met with a banker a couple times now and they are also so willing to explain everything to me. I have trouble even thinking about banking at a different bank.

Had a huge issue with the Loan call center and Ms. Georgia was so kind and so helpful when she called them to try to get things fixed for me. Not her job to do but was nice and very helpful! Unlike the call center! Hope she gets a raise for going out of her way and for putting up with the attitude the call center gave her!
