I hate this branch, it must be mismanaged becuase I find myself driving an extra 5 miles to go to the Williams Dr branch and avoid this one in Wolf Ranch at all costs. Every time I go, whether I go inside or through the drive thru, they take what I give them and walk around to the other side of the wall and just wait for like 5-10 minutes. It is very annoying and a waste of my time. While traveling in South America I was told to be suspicious of this behavior because it meant the teller was stealing. I didn't expect to find that here. I love Capital One and all their banking products, but it literally turns my stomach when I have to go to this branch. Keep my money where I can see it please.

I came here because the Williams Dr location closed, I've had no problems and everyone is very friendly.

Nobody knows what to do about anything.... it's like they've never worked with other banks before.
