When I went out of town for the year, they slowly cleared my account out and I ended up owing them 15$ because my account was inactive. I was happy to take care of it, and closed out my A+ account due to banking primarily elsewhere already. I called corporate and begged them to take the hit off my credit, they refused. Not helpful, doesn't care about the working man. My parents soon left as well due to fees.
