Wells Fargo Bank in Garland, TX

Rude white lady with a purple shirt today. Look you ugly fur ball you could have been more nicer to my mom while she was opening the door, but instead you pulled the door from the inside and locking it. My mom and i are always going to this bank, we love the staff but you i dont like you. I will for sure go up there and get your name down to write a complaint.

Worst service ever received since 12 years with wellsfargo. Employees of this branch need customer service training, specially at the front desk. Heard profane language used behind my back by front desk clark. The banker used language like "This is America, you will remember next time". This is not the first hand bad experience at this branch. More branch like this will ruin Well Fargo's reputation. Never going to this branch again!!

I have to go to the bank daily for work. In another town, I also had to go to a Wells Fargo. I never looked forward to going to the bank before. This bank really shows you what a difference staff makes. Everyone in this place calls me by name. They ask about my life and my day. They give quick and great service. I hope the entire staff is greatly rewarded one day for the work that they do. Glad to know there are still good people in the world.
