Regions Bank in Garland, TX

WORST BANK AROUND. Incompetent employees. Ridiculous wait times. Could not deposit CASH at their ATM. Cheated me out of $150 bonus. Never followed up on anything. Just BAD all around.

I am very surprised at the reviews here. All of the employees that I've ever dealt with are very professional, friendly, and know me personally. I always feel welcome here and have never had a problem. Been banking here for many years and will never leave.

This is the best branch and I always have a wonderful experience. I have been with Regions for years and the staff at this branch is professional and always goes above and beyond.

Always in and out quickly. Wish opened earlier or stayed open later!

I don't go to branches often due to work schedule and their online banking is great. However 1 day I came to deposit some cash for the first time and the lady greet so nicely and she was so happy to finally meet me in person like they've been waiting for their long lost customer to come in. I have to say she made my day, her great customer service really talk so much about the bank and that they care about their customer. Well done on training your people Regions bank!
