I think they just need more tellers , and more customer servers , they just to small for Galveston , but the few ones working they doing great job .

Thank you BofA for keeping us loyal customers! Just had to call the branch for information regarding a wire transfer, the call was answered promptly by Blas and he was very helpful. The whole call lasted less than 5 minutes and that's saying a lot in today's crazy world!

It seems every time I cone by . The lines are really long and they have three vacant teller windows Pleaee add more tellers. They closed the second location and it has really created a problem

Long long long long lines....should have left the other bank in downtown Galveston open... Cashiers not friendly. Can't wait to finish paying off my credit card...I'm done with Bank of America.
