Appalled to say the least, apparently you can not open an account unless you have a relative that has an account or, you live in the same house, as someone that has an account, and or a company they work with. They have pages and pages of company names but both my hospitals are not on it!!!! The tall white lady told me, we don't work with UTMB!!!! She did not even look it up of her 20 pages. She was thoroughly annoyed that I was even inquiring about opening an account. I gave a star because the person that checked me in has good customer service.
