Bianca was rude and really couldn't answer any of my questions. She finally just hung up on me and when I called her back she ignored my call and sent me to her voicemail. I DO NIT RECOMMEND THIS DEBT SOLUTIONS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I GIVE THIS COMPANY 1 STAR. I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD.

Do Not Use this service!! They are a third party company that charges you to do what you can do yourself with your loan servicer. I was informed by my own loan servicer and the one they put on me that it is no need to go with these people! Please save yourself the money and the time and just call your student loan company and work out a deferment. They will not erase your loan debt like I thought! DONT NOT BE FOOLED

Absolutely the worst company ever !!!! They are rude and will try to scam you out of your money!!!! You can consolidate on your own!!!! Customer service is the absolute worse and will argue with you about what they feel you owe! I would have left a zero rating if I could !!! Unprofessional scammers !!!! They are not there to help! Do not go with this company!!!

I wish I had of know all of the bad reviews before this has been such a nightmare. Please don't use this service. They are out to get you and your funds. On top of it all they have poor service the people are rude and nasty. I have called and been hung up on twice. My account with the third party that they use was closed without me knowing and there's nothing they can do about. Debt solutions=more debt smh
