This location like many others is grossly under staffed with tellers. Count on being late for work...

Why are the hours 9am to 4pm. Most people have to be at work at 8am and don't get off work until 5pm. So the bank doesn't open until an hour after most people to have to be at work and closes an hour before most people get off. That's convenient.

The lines are always long, they never have English ugh people. They closed the drive up banking, so now you have to wait in a super long line inside (or outside) the bank. The tellers are nice but the wait is horrible!

My experience... I'd rather jump into a pot of boiling water than go to this branch, I hate this bank!

They NEVER answer the phone listed from Web site for Desoto. Closed the drive thru banking, only atm's available. Cannot deposit cash at atm's most of time not working. SUPER long lines & waits inside.
