Over the past couple of months the drive through is the slowest ever. Normal wait is 5+ MIN. and that's when I am the only one in line. May 2015. Drove up put deposit in carrier waited 5 minutes of the two people working they never turned around and said anything horrible horrible horrible service. Can't give a -star.

Terrible customer service! I went through the drive thru to deposit half of a check and get the rest in cash. Teller didn't even ask what I needed and just assumed I need it all deposited when I asked her to stop and told her what I actually needed, she didn't say one word and just send deposit slips. This would have been fine if she would have communicated and not been so rude with her huff and puff through the speakers. There are 3 other Compass Banks around the area, my advice would be to go to the other ones.
