I have found communication by phone with the bank staff to be very challenging. It's as if one must go in person to the bank to get any assistance. Customer service is poor.

My experience at Wells Fargo Boerne has been a pleasant and simple one. Waiting in-branch can take a little while, but they are friendly and helpful once you meet with someone. They notarize things for free, which is nice. They were slow to adopt Samsung Pay, which may indicate a general slowness in adopting new technology, but they've definitely made very welcome improvements on that front. Have not had any major negative experiences with them so far.

Arrogant. Poor service. Go to another location if possible or a whole other bank.
