Wonderful experience. Opened a new small checking and savings account so I could use Samsung Pay and haven't had any issues. Staff was friendly and helped me get set up in 15 minutes or less. Great Android app, and when I called them to close my Savings account since I realized I would only be using BoA for checking, they didn't ask any questions, just closed the Savings account in less than 5 minutes. Great work, BoA.
