Everyone I go in they're very helpful and attentive. I haven't had a bad experience yet.

They had some turnaround for a while, but it seems like they're keeping some good employees. They work quick and as a team to get through a rush. I'm so glad it's open late (after 5). The only CON is that the parking is very limited and it's the only WF Bank in town so they get packed.

Been here 3 Times (Morning, Afternoon and Evening) all 3 times I've waited 30 minutes plus for a Banker or Teller Service is Slow Pick up the Pace.

This has to be the worst bank for any type of service. I have probably been there at least 10 times where either the ATM's aren't working or like yesterday the computers were down so they couldn't cash a check or do much of anything. The parking lot is so crowded and packed and if they are going to continue to have these issues computer wise or atm they could at least send out a e-mail to notify their customers. I drove from work and could have went another direction to cash my check at another wells fargo to get to where I reside in baytown and couldn't cash a check.

This location does not care about customer service.....2 tellers with 15 people in line and have employees wondering around in the lobby that should be trained to help out in these situations...but that does not happen here. Not the 1st time this has happened..... poor management 091316- They do not even deserve 1 star if I could take it off I would. Same old story wait in line with 2 tellers and I let them know while in line I needed a replacement card only to find out when I did get to the teller that I would need to see a banker.....frustrating and aggravating!! This is the last time I will ever go to this branch again they are clueless
