Actually, the other review is wrong. Texan Credit isn't your typical "title loan" company. You can get a title loan & the max they give is $1200 bucks. The finance charges equal to about $600, BUT they break it down into monthly payments of about 160 a month for 12 months. Also, if you pay your loan off early, you don't pay the entire finance charge. It isn't like the others where you get a 1,000 loan that has to be ALL paid back at one time & if you don't have the pay off you just pay like $300 to renew it another month with nothing taken off the original loan amount. I've gotten several loans through Texan Credit, and they have helped my credit out A LOT because they report your month payments to credit. I really enjoy doing business with them. But I can say, if you are going to be late, communicate with them, because if you don't, they will call EVERYONE on your reference sheet the day after you are past due if they can't get a hold of you.

Phew. DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH ANY OF THESE PLACES. You are better off trying to sell crack to make money. You can get in trouble, pay for a lawyer and pay your fines cheaper than what you will have to end up paying with this place. a $1000 loan has cost me over $5000 in 3 years. These types of places are the defination of Predatory loans. Look it up. They can steal from you legally but if you take back what is yours, you go to jail DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THESE TYPES OF PLACES!!!
