BBVA Compass in Baytown, TX

I have to visit this bank for business reasons only. I would not continue banking here if I had a choice. They lack customer service is horrible. I haven't had a pleasant experience yet in the 5 months that I have been here. It takes me a minimum of 15 minutes, and my deposits aren't complicating. This morning I'm looking at 3 employees standing around. I had a simple change order and it took them 5 minutes to point out yet another flaw in my transaction. This is one of the worse banks I have ever been too.

Literally the worst bank I've dealt with. I opened my account a month ago and I still have not received my debit card. The idiot who opened my account didn't put down the right address for some reason so last week we went up there to get it cleared up. He assured me it would have been sent by this Monday (yesterday) and still nothing! He said it would be fedex so they were overnighting it. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I hate hate hate this bank.

I was extremely impressed by the customer service I received from Mike Dunn. I wanted to open up just a regular account, but he showed me all of the options that Compass has to offer. He showcased some of the solutions that Compass had to offer that were right for me. He wasn't just trying to sell me things I didn't need, the way big banks often due. Will definitely come back.
