Would shop other banks in the community before selecting Wells Fargo. Have several accounts at another bank in town. The quality service and competance of employees is night and day.

i rented a tool from auto zone that required a deposit of $162 which I paid for with my wells fargo card.I returned it later that night and said they could only pay me back in cash. i new that my money was getting low so went to the bank with the money I got from autozone the next day and they already charged me over $ioo dollars in overdrafts.I explaned I was on disability and couldnt afoard that.After using this bank for 5 years I was afforded no respect.I advise no one to use this bank.Also...the bank in San Marcos was very professional.At the door you were greeted and directed were to go the associates were very helpful and when you left you always think you were treated fairly by professionals.the manager at Bastrop and the manager from San Marcos deffinatly went to different schools.
