I have an appraised ring with well over 2000, as per them and a jeweler. However, they only would allow a 200 loan. I was asking for 500. The person looking at the ring (boss) never even stepped over to talk to me. The one worker that helped me out seemed a little inexperienced and relied heavily on back-n-forth whispering to the boss. I would stay away from the pawn industry in Bastrop. Head to a reputable place outside of town.

They lowball you for your goods and then sell them at highest price possible and call it a deal...... stay away!!#!#

Bought a TV on Saturday and it worked for an hour. Can't bring it back within 24 hours because they are closed on Sunday. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I have not done business with this place but I do feel that people need to know that I watched all of the items out front get rained on. I was driving by yesterday when it started to rain, I was waiting for the pawn shops employees to rush outside and quickly bring the items inside. They never came! I sat at the light for what seemed like five minutes before it really started to pour, still no one! Chainsaws, compressors, weed eaters, all sorts of expensive tools getting poured on with not a single employee covering them up or trying to save them from the rain. This says a lot about this establishment considering everything is right back on the curb for sale the next day. I know for a fact all of those tools will get ruined by water. If this is how they treat the really expensive, important tools I can't imagine what they are trying to get away with in the electronics department. Buyer beware, items may have been rained on!
