My experience with vip finance was great from the beginning to end...The process was very short. The office staff is very professional and the young lady who works in the office, I know her name but unsure of the correct spelling has the best customer skills, I have seen in a very long time. Nice doing business with VIP.

She explained everything to me and it was a wonderful experience! Not only did I get the money I needed at a price I could afford, but I'm also protected in the event my vehicle breaks down. Not only that, but my loan balance goes down with every payment! I highly recommend VIP Finance in Arlington!

The lady in that office is a fkn liar! She will give you a pay off amount over the phone then change it when you get in... oh the next day. She clearly doesn't speak or understand English well at all... why answer the damn phone then mf
